This role is part of the Clinical Programs team, focusing on helping customers qualify and use STEMCELL products in cell and gene therapy. You will manage customer-specific initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards while delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside customers to qualify products for clinical use
• Oversee customer-driven initiatives for product development
• Facilitate collaboration among Manufacturing, Sales, and Business Development
• Drive strategic internal initiatives to support clinical supplier qualification

Requirements:
• Master’s degree with 4-8 years in relevant fields
• Solid knowledge in cell therapy and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing complex projects effectively
