As a vital member of Heartland Constructors, this position spans over six months, with shifts structured for optimal efficiency. You'll be responsible for the design and assembly of scaffold systems while meeting all safety standards. Your ability to communicate with your team will ensure smooth operations and adherence to scope requirements throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design scaffolds meeting CSA standards
• Ensure effective communication with site staff
• Implement safe work practices and hazard assessments
• Assemble and modify scaffolds to specifications
• Participate in skills training and support colleagues

Requirements:
• Completion of Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Proof of hours exceeding 6400 or valid ticket
• CSO certification essential
• Fall Protection certification required
• Certified in Confined Space Entry
