The Opportunity An established international renewable energy technology company is expanding its presence across the Canadian solar market and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the country.
The business is a global specialist in solar PV mounting solutions , supporting residential, commercial and larger-scale solar projects internationally. With a solid focus on product quality, technical expertise and long-term customer relationships, the company is continuing to invest in its Canadian market presence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven solar professional to take ownership of market development in Canada, build strategic relationships and play a key role in growing the company’s footprint.
The Role As Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing sales and market share across Canada, with a particular focus on PV mounting solutions for residential and commercial rooftop applications .
You will build and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers and strategic partners , while working closely with technical, marketing and operations teams to develop opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
This is a highly autonomous role, ideally suited to someone who understands the Canadian solar market,



already has strong industry relationships and enjoys combining business development with technical customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across the Canadian market

Develop and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs and solar installers

Identify and develop new key accounts and strategic commercial partnerships

Promote rooftop PV mounting solutions across pitched and flat-roof applications

Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical training sessions

Work closely with technical teams on project design and solution development

Support quotations, pricing strategies and contract negotiations

Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and developments across the Canadian solar market

Represent the company at trade fairs, webinars and customer events

Support project bidding and maintain accurate opportunity tracking

Work with finance teams regarding payment terms and receivables

Support customers with technical and commercial issues

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and regular sales reporting

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related discipline

3+ years of sales experience within the solar PV industry

Experience with PV mounting systems is highly desi
