The Minnesota Department of Public Safety seeks an experienced 911 Dispatcher / RCO to provide critical communications for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will manage CAD operations, coordinate units, and maintain radio communications 24/7 in a high-stress setting.
Qualifications include at least one year in emergency communications and preferred APCO/NENA/NAED certifications, with the possibility of a post-secondary credential.
