EBC is actively seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Ontario Building Division where he/she can utilize their extensive knowledge to contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization.

Reporting to the Project Manager,



the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, on schedule and in compliance with the contract and job cost estimates

Responsibilities:

Assist the PM in the overall planning and scheduling of project including monitoring and reporting.

Assist the PM in all functions and operations of project including compliance with local legislative and labour

requirements.
Ensures that Company policies and procedures are followed in all aspects of project execution.

Manage and coordinate project within budgets.

Assist the PM in preparing the project cost status reports in terms of percent complete, cost to date and cost

forecast.

Identify project concerns and alert management of potential risks on assigned projects. Develop a plan to minimize

detrimental impacts and mitigate risks.

Monitor the overall progress of the project on an ongoing
