Pure Flavor is seeking a Greenhouse Labour Supervisor in Ontario to lead the labour team, ensure data accuracy, and uphold safety and GMP standards. The role supports Grower and Assistant Grower in maintaining productive labour flow and productivity in a high-humidity greenhouse environment.
The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in a greenhouse, bilingual English and Spanish, and strong communication skills to coach staff and manage data entry and reporting.
