As a Buyer, your responsibilities will include managing inventory for various warehouses while ensuring product availability and cost-effectiveness. Frequent supplier communication and negotiation will be vital to meet customer requirements. Collaborating with sales and customer service teams will streamline operations and enhance service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain product availability considering trends and costs
• Control inventory across multiple warehouse settings
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Negotiate return processes and product availability
• Conduct visits to key suppliers to understand operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain
• Prefer SCMA certification
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with SX Enterprise advantageous
