Surrey Libraries seeks a dynamic Manager of Development at the City Centre Branch, playing an essential role in executing the library’s fund development strategy. You will establish partnerships with donors and cultivate solid donor relationships. This position involves overseeing fundraising programs, ensuring compliance, and developing reports on fundraising activity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive fundraising efforts and donor relationships
• Design Annual, Major Gifts, and special fundraising initiatives
• Conduct thorough research for grant applications




• Develop digital fundraising options and strategies
• Maintain and oversee stewardship plans for ongoing donor communication

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, fundraising, or related areas
• Five years in fundraising roles with increasing responsibility
• CFRE preferred, with a strong knowledge of fundraising trends
• Excellent communication skills and project management ability
• Capacity to lead initiatives and adapt to change
