As the Manager of Human Resources, you will partner with site leaders, providing expert guidance across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching on performance management and conflict resolution

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of progressive HR experience required
• Relevant education in HR Management or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with labour relations and WSIB knowledge
• Strong communication skills for various organizational levels
• Valid driver’s license with travel capability
