Human Rights Watch seeks a dedicated Researcher for the Disability Rights Division. This full-time role involves global research and strategic documentation of disability rights issues.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience focused on disability rights, combining research, advocacy, and strategic analysis. You will monitor and document human rights abuses and help draft crucial reports. Collaboration with NGOs and other partners will amplify advocacy efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and report on disability rights abuses globally
• Draft written materials including reports and press releases
• Support the development of advocacy strategies for reform
• Collaborate with NGOs to enhance HRW's impact
• Analyze emerging issues and trends in disability rights

Requirements:
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum five years in relevant advocacy areas
• Robust communication skills in English, French preferable
• Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
• Proficient in managing deadlines and multitasking
