Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program development and revision across multiple levels
• Ensure compliance with institutional and external quality frameworks
• Direct proposal preparation for funding and approvals




• Facilitate cyclical reviews and accreditation processes
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams in quality initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• 5+ years in post-secondary education experience
• Knowledge of quality-assurance frameworks
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Solid project management background
