Covenant House is looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse to work in their dedicated healthcare clinic for at-risk youth in Toronto. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Working under a values-based framework, the Registered Nurse will provide essential health services to youth facing challenges such as homelessness. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and address physical and mental health needs while promoting strengths-based care. The role requires availability during diverse shifts from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with a strong focus on community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer primary and mental health care to youth
• Perform delegated nursing acts according to regulations




• Participate actively in interdisciplinary care planning
• Advocate for youth health resources and services
• Facilitate health education and community outreach programs

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree prerequisite
• Experience working with youth in primary care settings
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices is preferred
• Leadership ability and teamwork orientation required
