As a crucial member of the Avidbots team, you will combine your technical skills with a strong customer service approach. Your responsibility will focus on diagnosing issues with our robots and educating customers on the effective usage of Neo. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site and remote support for our robot technology
