You will play a key role in the Critical Care Float Pool, reporting to the Patient Care Manager and enhancing patient care experiences at multiple locations. As a Registered Nurse, you will uphold the standards of nursing practice while conducting assessments and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critical patients
• Engage with the Resource Pool Nursing Team
• Maintain thorough patient health records
• Cultivate effective communication with healthcare professionals




• Participate in critical thinking and problem-solving for patient needs

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current B.L.S. certification; A.C.L.S preferred
• Experience in Critical Care or Intensive Care areas
• Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Physically able to assist patients when necessary
