Vancouver Coastal Health seeks a driven Clinical Educator RN to join the team at Sechelt Hospital. In this role, you'll assess and address learning needs while developing educational resources in alignment with nursing standards. You will work collaboratively to promote effective teaching strategies and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver education services for nursing professional development
• Design and evaluate clinical education programs
• Work closely with staff to resolve educational issues




• Promote highest standards of nursing practice according to BCCNM
• Ensure coordination of educational activities aligned with nursing goals

Requirements:
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• Three years related nursing experience, including teaching
• Completion of post-graduate clinical coursework
• Preferred: Educator Pathway Program completion
• Valid Driver’s License for local travel
