You will support the development of operational budgets, train and evaluate staff, and ensure compliance with both safety guidelines and quality control standards. Your leadership will play a key role in building relationships and increasing operational efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop budgets in collaboration with the General Manager
• Verify compliance with safety and food handling laws
• Manage employee training and performance appraisals
• Coordinate with warehouses and sales for merchandise availability
• Ensure adherence to all operational practices and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
• Associate's Degree is preferred
• Cold storage experience is a plus
• Proficient in warehouse management software
• Capable of fulfilling physical job requirements
