As a Meter Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of energy usage for customers across Greater Sudbury and West Nipissing. Your work will involve installing, calibrating, and repairing a variety of advanced metering systems. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will engage with cutting-edge technologies and play a significant role in maintaining reliable energy distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, remove, and verify accuracy of energy meters
• Conduct repairs, adjustments, and calibrations as needed
• Perform analyses on power factors and verify readings




• Address customer requests regarding metering layouts
• Ensure proper documentation and terminal inputs are completed

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of college experience in electrical or instrumentation
• Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of metering communication methods
• Understanding of utility revenue systems
• Valid class G driver's license for field duties
