About the Role Our client is looking for a dynamic Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive their recruitment efforts across various regions. This position is fully remote, focusing on identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for the organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to offer negotiation, leveraging digital tools and strategies to build robust candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a distributed, performance-driven environment, contributing to talent acquisition without needing a physical office in Kimberley or elsewhere.
Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
Conduct effective screening calls and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.




Manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the pre-employment process.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven success in sourcing candidates through various online channels and networking.
Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate relationship management skills.
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
Solid understanding of remote recruitment best practices and digital collaboration.
