About the Role Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy based in Kimberley , is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Industrial sector. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, operations, and skilled trades. You will be instrumental in understanding the unique needs of industrial clients and sourcing the skilled workforce essential for their success in the Northern Cape .
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, skilled trades, and operations.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of industrial positions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Understand the specific technical requirements and challenges of industrial roles.
Utilize effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for demanding positions.
Ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.




Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Industrial sector or a related field.
Proven ability to recruit for various industrial roles, including plant operators, technicians, engineers, and logistics personnel.
Good understanding of the South African industrial market and its talent needs.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems is beneficial.
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
