Contribute to Colliers' mission as a Building Operations Specialist at Royal Bank Plaza in Toronto. This role requires expertise in technical systems to ensure optimal uptime and service delivery.

In this building operator position, you will maintain critical systems at the TRDC Data Centre, ensuring seamless operations. Your tasks will encompass daily monitoring, responding to equipment anomalies, and executing SOPs during critical events. Excellent customer service to trading floor staff is prioritized alongside technical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor all critical systems in the Data Centre
• Perform daily inspections and maintain operational records
• Initiate corrective measures for system anomalies immediately




• Utilize Building Automation Systems for efficiency
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
• 2-5 years’ experience in electrician or HVAC roles
• Relevant Data Centre work experience preferred
• Hold BES 1&2 or 4th Class Power Engineer certification
• Proven troubleshooting and planning capabilities
• Robust interpersonal and multitasking abilities
