Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily customer order processing and accuracy
• Follow up and confirm payments for prepaid orders
• Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly




• Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
