What are your contributions to the team?

Conduct internal technical investigations at the assembly site

Provide daily visibility on non-quality issues to the Quality management team

Technical investigation to ensure concrete accountability

Provide fully detailed documentation/report on issues

Establish a containment plan in the assembly (short term)





How to thrive in this role?

You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent

5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing;

Project management skills;

Knowledge of quality management system

Change management skills;

Experience in problem resolution techniques;

Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French);

Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint

Also considered as assets:

Experience with SAP

Systems, process or product auditing;

Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external;

Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills
