As a Senior Analyst, you will oversee annual compensation cycles, conduct market benchmarking, and analyze data trends to inform leadership. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and administer base pay and incentive programs
• Lead annual compensation planning and budget alignment
• Analyze market trends for strategic insights
• Conduct internal equity audits and risk assessments
• Ensure data integrity with Payroll and HRIS teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5-7 years compensation experience in complex settings
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills
• CCP designation or progress preferred
• Ability to influence and advise leadership effectively
