Build Projects That Matter. Support construction excellence and Strengthen Canada.

Are you a construction professional who thrives in dynamic project environments and enjoys working closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to bring projects to life? Do you excel at solving challenges, building strong relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Coordinator, Construction Services, you'll play a key role in administering construction contracts and supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure projects that directly support the Canadian Armed Forces. You'll be the connection between contractors, consultants, Client-Partners, and project teams, helping to manage risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward from start to finish.

DCC is proud to be the first federal, and only government organization recognized as a Gold Seal Employer under the Canadian Construction Association's Construction Management Certification Program and proof of our commitment to excellence and professional development.

Coordinate People & Keep Work Moving
You'll work closely with site teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure activities remain aligned, communication flows effectively, and projects stay on track. When challenges arise, you'll collaborate with the right people to find practical solutions.

Champion Quality, Safety & Compliance
You'll help ensure work meets contractual, quality, health and safety, environmental, and industrial security requirements. Through regular site engagement and contract oversight, you'll contribute to safe and successful construction delivery.
