CTDI is seeking a skilled Program/Operations Manager to serve as the primary customer contact for operational and performance issues in Alberta. You will monitor performance, generate regular program reports, and coordinate across operations, IT, quality, and billing to ensure timelines are met.
You will design and publish Tableau reports, conduct UAT with the customer, and manage escalation processes. Robust MS Office, SQL, and Tableau expertise are essential.
