What We Offer Consistent work opportunities Bi-weekly payments No need to market your services or hunt for jobs Ongoing residential renovation and restoration projects Responsibilities Complete drywall installation, repairs, patching, taping, and finishing Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and minor repairs Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and doors Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications Maintain a protected, clean, and professional work environment Report project progress, deficiencies, or site concerns Requirements Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee) Valid Business Registration Valid GST/HST Number (Ontario) or GST/QST Registration (Quebec) Current Commercial General Liability Insurance Reliable transportation Own tools and equipment required to perform painting and drywall work Experience in residential painting and drywall finishing preferred Quebec Contractors Must Also Provide: Valid NEQ (Numro d''entreprise du Qubec) Current CNESST registration and proof of compliance, where applicable Proof of CNESST coverage or exemption, as applicable Certificate of Insurance confirming coverage in Quebec Ontario Contractors Must Also Provide:
