**Position Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving clients in all of their insurance needs, in addition to, supporting the team in the day to day operations of the branch, training, coaching, and assisting with administrative duties when needed.

**Responsibilities**
**:**
In collaboration with the Branch Leadership team, work towards the development of a high performing and engaged team
Manage and distribute renewal lists, AR reports, Activity reports, and production reports.

Provide feedback to the manager for team members performance reviews
Maximize resources through effective scheduling




Ensure compliance with all Habitational Insurance Carriers, and Privacy Act rules and regulations
Support the continuous improvement, organization and efficiency of the branch
Maintain strict confidentiality in regard to all corporate and employee issues
Manage new business sales, retention and service needs of clients, balancing Insurance Advisor and Team Lead duties as appropriate
Handle and resolve client and dealership concerns in a positive proactive fashion
Ensure employees are connected to Hub in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of Hub
Stay current on education and training courses available and continue to develop your skills
Provide guidance to the team and lead by example
Delegate tasks as appropriate
Other duties and responsibilities as needed
**Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications**
Level 2 General Insurance License
1 year experience in the Insurance sales setting preferred, but will take all skills, abilities and experience into consideration
Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
Excellent Insurance Product knowledge
Sales drive and initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power

Point and Outlook
Strong communication skills




_The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions._
