We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client's team as a Regional Sales Manager in St.

Catharines, ON!
In this full-time, permanent role, you'll help our client with their sales and business development needs.

What You'll Be Responsible For: Direct and conduct ongoing efforts to meet the expectations of our customers by ensuring the combination of the business' Mineral Processing Technologies and services from all Business Division are offered as is suited to industry specific requirements.

Lead the customers in terms of consultation and support for the business' technologies and service
Manage the territory to achieve sales goals
Maintain close customer contact through regular onsite visits throughout the territory, including overnight travel
Travel and participate in off-site training, sales meetings and trade shows as required.

Drive sales by interacting with agents and dealers as required
Ensure personal expenses are running according to the set budget and review costs accordingly
On the basis of market feedback, suggest demands for creative and competitive products, technologies and services.

Constantly generating new LEAN processes to increase sales efficiencies
Assist Marketing in developing customer-oriented data, materials and events
Working in a safe manner by adhering to all Company Health & Safety policies and Legislated Regulations
And all other duties as requested
What We're Looking For: College Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Technical Sales and/or Industry Experience
Understand/Apply Negotiation Skills
Details:
• Salary: $85,000 Base salary (flexible) + commission and bonuses
• Company vehicle provided
