**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on accurately picking and packing orders in a busy distribution center while handling materials safely and efficiently.

You will work on the night shift, supporting the movement of products through the warehouse, preparing orders for staging, and contributing to smooth daily operations.
**Responsibilities**
Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and pick lists.

Bag loose quantities of product to ensure items are properly packaged and protected for shipment.

Bring picked and packed orders to the designated staging area in a timely and organized manner.

Perform general labor tasks within the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.

Use RF scanners or similar handheld devices to track inventory, confirm picks, and maintain accurate records.

Handle materials safely, including lifting and moving items weighing 50+ lbs consistently.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse safety standards.

Follow all warehouse policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure orders are processed correctly.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Support other warehouse functions as required, such as packing, labeling, and organizing stock.
**Essential Skills**
At least 2+ years of warehouse experience in a distribution or similar environment.

Proven ability to pick orders accurately and efficiently.

Experience with general warehouse labor, including packing and material handling.

Ability to consistently lift and move 50+ lbs throughout the shift.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Forklift experience is highly valued and can support quicker advancement within the company.

Comfort working with warehouse packing processes and staging procedures.

Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and material handling guidelines.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet shared goals.

Willingness to learn new warehouse systems and processes as needed
**Work Environment**
This position is based in a distribution center environment on the night/3rd shift, typically running from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m (Sunday-Thursday)




**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbridge, ON.
**Pay and Perks**
The pay range for this position is $19.92 - $19.92/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
