Macaulay Centres for Children is hiring a Supervisor for the Tippett Child Care Centre. Direct child care operations, support quality programming, and facilitate community outreach initiatives in North York, ON.

As the Supervisor, you will orchestrate daily activities, lead staff mentorship, and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to children and families. Your work will involve assessing community needs and implementing programs that align with our mission. Building effective partnerships with families and service providers is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and supervise daily child care operations
• Evaluate referrals for children with special needs
• Implement outreach to boost program enrollment




• Maintain program quality through consistent monitoring
• Approve staff schedules and oversee payroll

Requirements:
• B.A. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Solid knowledge of early childhood frameworks
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Valid First Aid certification
