This role involves providing top-tier cosmetic care for vehicles, including advanced cleaning, paint correction, and protective coating applications. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are presented in immaculate condition, meeting the highest standards of quality and customer expectation. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services, including deep cleaning, polishing, and waxing.
Conduct paint correction procedures such as compounding and polishing to remove swirl marks and scratches.
Apply protective coatings like ceramic sealants and paint protection films (PPF).
Inspect vehicles to assess detailing needs and recommend appropriate services to customers.
Manage detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and replenished.




Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction for all completed detailing jobs.
Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer , with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Expertise in various detailing techniques, including paint correction, polishing, and application of protective treatments.
Familiarity with a range of detailing products, tools, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for achieving flawless finishes.
Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively.
Good customer service skills for discussing detailing options and results.
