Amica Senior Lifestyles is looking for a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to join their team at Peel Village. This position involves supporting program delivery, establishing connections with residents and families, and contributing to the administrative side of operations. Driving residents for community outings will also be a vital part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support a variety of programs and resident-centered events
• Create and distribute daily activity communications
• Build strong connections within the community
• Drive the bus for resident outings
• Assist administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in relevant fields such as Gerontology
• Experience in geriatric care programming preferred
• Valid driver's license and/or willingness to acquire
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
