Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on HR legislation and update company policies
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar field
• 3-5 years broad HR experience required
• Knowledge of relevant legislation including ESA and AODA
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• CHRP designation preferred
