Our financial services client is seeking a Intermediate Digital Consultant, Marketing (3-5 years) to execute digital marketing campaigns using Agile Marketing and Adobe Analytics

Join a marketing operations team delivering digital campaigns across owned channels including websites, digital banking, and email. This role supports end-to-end campaign delivery, personalization, testing, and optimization initiatives using Agile Marketing methodology and Adobe marketing platforms. The position offers exposure to up-to-date marketing tools, cross-functional pod-based collaboration, and high-visibility stakeholder engagement across multiple lines of business.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, One day in office on Thursdays, and the 4th Friday of the month. (occasional additional days if needed)

Must Haves

3+ years managing end-to-end digital campaign management across planning , execution , optimization , and reporting

3+ years in marketing operations supporting digital marketing campaigns

3+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Adobe Analytics , Adobe Audience Manager , Adobe Target , and Adobe Workfront

Nice to Have

Banking or fintech experience

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns across owned channels

Execute campaigns across website, digital banking, and email channels

Recommend and implement digital channel personalization and testing opportunities

Leverage Agile Marketing methodology to support campaign delivery

Track campaign performance using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Target

Provide ongoing and final campaign test reports to stakeholders
