We are looking for a motivated and dependable Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team.

This role plays a key part in supporting production flow, inventory control, and shipping operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

This position is currently open and reflects areplacement position due to an internal transfer, promotion, or departure.

The salary range for this position is $21-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.

This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

When your actions lead to success: Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods

Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility

Load and unload delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner

Pick orders and stage materials for production and shipping





Prepare materials and finished products for shipment, including banding, strapping, labeling, and packaging

Supply production, packing, and warehouse teams with required materials

Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with receiving and inventory control activities

Use power tools and equipment such as chop saws, pneumatic nail guns, and measuring devices as required

Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized workspace

Work independently while also supporting team members across the operation

When your expertise drives us: Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience

Experience operating both counterbalance and reach forklifts

Experience loading and unloading trucks

Familiarity with order picking, staging, receiving, and inventory processes

Experience banding, strapping, labeling, and preparing shipments

Ability to read pick tickets, packing slips, and shipping documentation

Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsA demonstrated commitment to workplace safety

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training

Comfortable performing a mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties
