Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex utility, infrastructure, and construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation through completion.

Candidates with direct utility or utility contractor experience are highly preferred; however, strong project managers with a proven track record delivering large infrastructure or construction projects will also be considered.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple project stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering, transportation, utilities, industrial, or similar project-based environments.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. - Direct utility industry experience.
- Experience working for a utility contractor or utility services organization.
- Experience managing projects involving: 1.

Substation construction or upgrades
2.

Electrical infrastructure installation or removal
3.

Civil infrastructure projects
4.

Transmission and distribution projects
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- P.

Eng. (Skilled Engineer) designation.
- Experience working with regulated utility environments.
- Knowledge of utility construction standards, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
