As part of the team, you will report to the Campus Manager and focus on creating learning plans tailored to meet student needs. The role includes planning workshops that enhance study skills, providing one-on-one guidance, and tracking academic progress. Your efforts will contribute to a supportive learning setting for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized student learning plans
• Organize and facilitate study skills workshops
• Provide ongoing individual support to students
• Advise students about available resources
• Monitor and follow up on student progress

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Human Services or related fields
• Four years of relevant experience in social services
• Valid Criminal Record Check
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently
