Tasks Develop, implement, and evaluate company HR policies and employment practices for drivers, dispatch staff, and office employees to ensure compliance with labour legislation.
Advise management and employees on the interpretation and application of compensation structures, benefits, leave entitlements, and workplace policies.
Plan and support recruitment strategies, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate assessment, and participation in interview and selection processes.
Coordinate and oversee employee performance management processes,



including appraisal frameworks, attendance monitoring, and job performance evaluations.
Design and administer onboarding, safety orientation, and training programs to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
Manage human resources records and information systems and prepare analytical HR reports to support management decision‑making.
Provide skilled guidance on employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment standards.
Research and recommend improvements to occupational health and safety practices, supporting risk reduction and compliance with transportation industry safety requirements
