Key Responsibilities:
• Forecast call volumes and analyze staffing requirements
• Collaborate on scheduling strategies for optimal service

• Generate performance reports to analyze data trends
• Conduct regular leadership meetings for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar Workforce Management role
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools
• Hands-on experience with contact center scheduling
• Strong analytical and communication skills
