Nova Scotia Department of Public Works is hiring Winter Equipment Operators for Colchester County across Zones 14, 15 and 16. This spare position begins with two weeks of paid training designed to build knowledge for snow and ice control operations, followed by 45 hours of paid plowing experience under supervision.
Applicants must have two years of experience or an equivalent education/training, and a Class III license with air brake endorsement.
