Humber River Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Acute Medicine Unit, 12 East, on a permanent part-time basis. The role involves RPN duties for general medicine, geriatric, ALC and palliative inpatients, with coordination of care within an interprofessional team.
Meditech 6.0 documentation and mentorship for current staff are included. The position requires an RPN diploma, active CNO registration, and BCLS.
