CISWP seeks an adept Research Technician to provide comprehensive support in applied research initiatives. This position involves hands-on activities in data management, equipment upkeep, and effective communication with research participants. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to advance research goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support data collection in field and laboratory settings
• Conduct data management, including cleaning and processing
• Ensure the functionality and calibration of research equipment
• Prepare and engage study participants in research projects
• Assist in the planning of knowledge transfer events

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
• Two years of experience in research support
• Proficiency in human measurement techniques preferred
• Experience in CAD software an asset
• Strong team-oriented and communication skills
