Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate diverse recreational programs for residents
• Assess and create personalized care plans based on resident needs
• Ensure participation and support for all activities
• Complete care documentation accurately and timely




• Mentor volunteers engaged in meaningful activities

Requirements:
• Education in Recreation, Kinesiology, or related field
• Experience in Long Term Care enrichment programming preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications needed
• Proficient in care planning software and Microsoft Office
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening within 6 months
