What You'll Do As a key member of our service team, you will:
Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles as assigned.
Diagnose technical issues through inspections and assessments
Accurately document all work in line with manufacturer standards
Conduct road tests to ensure repairs meet performance expectations
Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles at all times
Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of evolving technology
Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed.
Help us grow our amazing team! Report to the Service Manager onsite.
What You Bring Certified 310S Automotive Service Technician (the trade certification to meet provincial requirements.)
Maintain all relevant Licences and Qualifications
2+ years of experience
Volkswagen/Audi experience is an asset
Knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures.
Familiarity with provincial safety standards
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and clean drivers abstract.
Ability to drive manual transmission is required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A customer-first mindset with attention to detail - we are all about earning customers for life!
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a quick-paced environment
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
