Are you known for your attention to detail and your commitment to supporting employees? We are looking for an HR Technician to join our team. You will play a key role, particularly in processes related to occupational health and training. This position operates in a matrix structure, meaning it is under the supervision of the HR Director, but also under the functional authority of file managers, particularly regarding OHS (compensation and prevention) and recruitment. This means working closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of related processes through various technical and administrative tasks. This position is compatible with a hybrid work model, once the probationary period is completed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure rigorous follow-up in the processing of workplace accident files.
Perform the necessary operations on the CNESST employer portal as well as in the OHS Management System (SGSST).
Receive medical certificates, validate their compliance, and inform the employee's immediate supervisor and other stakeholders involved.
Transmit the necessary information, carry out related follow-ups, and maintain the link with the organization's prevention mutual.
Complete and receive various CNESST forms and ensure follow-up for payroll,



making sure to obtain the necessary supporting documents for the file.
Follow up on the Preventive Withdrawal Program (PMSD) with the CNESST and the employee.
Update various electronic documents in our OHS Management System.
Collaborate closely with the HR Department on files involving OHS.
Follow up on online OHS training for all companies within our ecosystem.
Support the team in job posting processes.
Develop new work tools based on operational needs.
Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements
College diploma in administration or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of applicable occupational health and safety laws, standards, and regulations.
Demonstrated autonomy and rigor.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
Professionalism and respect for confidentiality.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Possibility of work from home according to the policy in effect.
