This includes supervising the operational team, maintaining health compliance, and improving procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and corporate standards
• Lead and supervise the operational team throughout shifts




• Prioritize and complete scheduled work notifications
• Identify and recommend process improvements
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions

Requirements:
• Technical, Environmental, or Chemical program education
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience required
• Experience preferred in waste management
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights
