WFMC is seeking a full time Lead Pastor to provide biblical preaching, spiritual and organizational leadership, pastoral care, discipleship, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can equip and develop others, strengthen ministry across generations, and lead the church in living out its mission within an increasingly diverse and growing community.
