Join Hospice Kingston as a Personal Support Worker committed to enhancing patient care. This full time role focuses on delivering exceptional support to hospice patients and their families.

In this position, you will report to the Care Manager and utilize your skills to meet the emotional and physical needs of patients in a supportive setting. You'll play a key role in maintaining a home-like environment while aligning with the high standards of care at Providence Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate direct patient care in accordance with preferences
• Assist with daily hygiene tasks and personal preferences
• Provide grooming services; nails, oral care, and bathing
• Apply medications and dressings as prescribed
• Offer assistance with mobility and toileting needs

Requirements:
• Accredited PSW diploma or certificate required
• Willingness to obtain a Palliative Care Certificate
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• At least two years' experience in palliative care
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team dynamics
