As a key leader within the BPMO, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the business analysis practice and enhance its contributions to business transformations. Your leadership will focus on mentoring analysts, developing robust frameworks, and ensuring alignment across various initiatives. This role is critical to the delivery and adoption of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a strong Business Analysis team
• Improve business analysis frameworks and methodologies
• Provide support for analyst deployment on projects




• Manage requirements gathering and process documentation
• Oversee testing activities and ensure project success

Requirements:
• 12-15 years of relevant business analysis experience
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably financial services
• Solid coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional approaches
• Degree in business/technology with desired certifications
