About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and highly organized Remote Culinary Event Coordinator to manage and execute sophisticated catering experiences for virtual and hybrid events. This contractor role, based out of Kimberley , focuses on the detailed planning and logistical coordination of culinary aspects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for remote attendees. You will work closely with clients and the culinary team to develop unique menus, manage delivery logistics, and troubleshoot any issues to guarantee client satisfaction. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of event logistics and a passion for creative culinary solutions delivered remotely, requiring excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all culinary elements for virtual and hybrid events, including menu selection and customization.
Liaise with clients to confirm event details, guest counts, dietary restrictions, and delivery logistics.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu feasibility and quality standards.
Manage the logistics of food delivery to remote participants, ensuring timely and safe arrival.




Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges related to remote food delivery and service.
Maintain clear and concise documentation for all culinary event plans and client communications.
Requirements Proven experience in event coordination, preferably with a focus on catering or food and beverage management.
Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail for managing complex logistics.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
